Our Services

  • We’re happy to offer a variety of frozen food items that you can preorder and easily reheat or grill during your stay. Please feel free to ask our staff about which items are available today.

    If you’d like fresh seafood, just let us know—we can invite local fisherfolk to stop by with their catch of the day.

    You may also pre-order cooked food trays for delivery to your casa. Please ask our staff for supplier contact details

  • Yes, each casa has 2 parking slots but there is ample parking in the area. We also proide a  charging station for BYD electric cars.

  • Check in is at 2:00pm, and check out is at 11:00am, to allow enough time to clean up after every group.

  • Guests will be provided with a full new set of beddings and towels (indoor and outdoor) upon check in, per guest. These will not be replaced during the group’s stay, except for stays longer than 3 nights, where a new set may be provided, upon request. In case bedsheets or towels need to be replaced before that (if accidentally soiled, for example), a laundry fee may be charged, depending on the volume.

  • As guests will have the entire casa to themselves, we kindly ask that they help maintain the cleanliness of the space during their stay. Tres Marias staff will not enter the homes for the duration of guests’ stay, except when invited by guests to collect their garbage or to be informed of any faulty equipment (which they may try to repair or replace).

  • Yes, our property is powered by solar energy, with a generator available as backup.

  • While they are not on permanent duty as such, we have two trained and certified lifeguards on premises.

  • We allow dogs in our compound, with restrictions. Only fully vaccinated, with flea/tick preventatives (with proof and prior advise) dogs are allowed in the compound. You will have to have them stay indoors (with appropriate diapers at all times) or on a leash when outdoors at all times. No free-roaming dogs will be allowed, for everyone’s protection. Dogs are not allowed on the guests’ beds, for hygienic reasons. Pet beds and food bowls can be provided, based on availability.

  • We’d love to help you plan your group stay, photoshoot, or special event. Just note that day trips aren’t allowed, so please message us ahead of time to check availability and requirements.

  • Yes, we can refer you to local bangka partners for your tours. You may let them know what you would like to do.

  • Yes, all the water is filtered, and water from the drinking tap goes through an extra UV filtration system before being distributed to the Casas for added safety.

  • As this is a natural beach, marine life and other animals may be present. We encourage guests to always stay mindful while enjoying the beauty of nature.
